Processing Time As all items are handcrafted and made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made before it is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

UK Shipping We offer Standard and Express shipping within the United Kingdom. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.

EU Shipping We ship to all 27 EU countries via Standard International shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Shipping We ship internationally to selected countries including Australia, Canada, the USA, and more. Delivery times and any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control.
